Danube — frequently asked questions
How does the Danube 1% payment plan work?
You pay around 10% on booking, then 1% of the purchase price every month during construction, with a lump sum on handover and sometimes continued 1% monthly payments after you receive keys. On a AED 800,000 unit, that is roughly AED 8,000 a month.
Can US citizens buy Danube property in Dubai?
Yes. Dubai freehold ownership is open to all nationalities, including US citizens, with no residency requirement. You can reserve a Danube unit remotely — passport copy, signed reservation form, and an international transfer are usually all that is needed. KOROL GROUP handles the paperwork and Dubai Land Department registration on your behalf.
